My name is Phil, and I am the owner and operator of S&P Civil. With more than 37 years of experience in the construction, utility, and excavation industries, I bring the knowledge, skills, and work ethic that only come from decades of hands-on experience.

Throughout my career, I worked in the operating engineers and IBEW trades, building a reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and professionalism. After retiring, I decided to put that experience to work for homeowners and businesses by starting my own company.

As an owner/operator, I personally handle every project. When you call, you're speaking directly with the person doing the work. There are no salespeople, middlemen, or large overhead costs. Just honest communication, fair pricing, and a commitment to getting the job done right.
